Having trained in Technical Illustration, Jane combines a sense of accuracy with her fondness of animals, by producing realistic portraits of pets. This led to Botanical Illustration resulting in intricately detailed watercolours of plant and flowers.

Taking inspiration from the ever changing Exmoor flora and fauna and the free spirit of the Exmoor ponies enables Jane to capture the beauty of this wonderful landscape.

More inspiration is gathered from the local Torridge area with its abundance of natural beauty. A large choice of hand-made cards showing Janes work and original paintings are always available at 14 The Gallery.
